The ultimate nanoVNA-H4 case?
I've been using this one.
It's a cozy fit for the unit. I always put it in screen side away from the accessories to reduce risk og screen damage in case I sit on it. I may have found it through this list. Can't remember. Good luck! https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B07QRFX94D |
I cut and fitted the foam in a small Pelican hard case, and it works very well.

I like these:
https://www.harborfreight.com/tool-storage-organization/parts-storage/organizers/cases/medium-water-resistant-storage-container-56577.html Lots of customization potential and has a water resistant seal. I don't have an H4 but the rightmost compartment fits a TinySA Ultra comfortably with room to spare for some foam cushioning it desired. 73 -Jim On Fri, 21 Jul 2023 13:56:47 -0700 "Lawrance A. Mine may be larger than most, but I use a Harbor Freight plastic "ammo can" - their smaller sized one.
It holds my 2.8 inch nanovna-h, my -F, a 6-compartment box of adapters, a double BNC-to-banana plug adapter with 2 alligator clips on the banana plugs, copies of the menu maps, a 6 foot USB-C cable and a Mini60 antenna analyzer. I have found it to be important to have a full kit of connector adapters with me. -- Doug, K8RFT |

Holds the NanoVNA, and all the cables, adapters ya need. |
I use the same case, it holds both my S4 and SA Ultra on one side and accessories on the other. I keep often used items like the menu tree, antennas, and screen cleaner cloths in the middle.
Besides making sure the screens are arranged so they are protected, I keep each device in a microfiber "sock" typically use to carry eyeglasses, like this one: https://a.co/d/0ucDWzK (Mamlyn Sunglasses Pouch Soft Slim Glasses and Phone Case with Drawstring Closure |

Go to Dollar General and buy one of those 'sandwich' boxes, very strong, just add your own handle. See pics below: I have a spare battery, cables, attns, a wrench, and so on. Mike C. Sand Mtn GA On 7/21/2023 4:56 PM, Lawrance A. Schneider wrote:

Microphone sized gig bags are also an option. I have a collection of various size E-V gig bags that I use to store other gadgets than Nano/Tiny.

I made my own at work on the laser machines, storage in the top tray for the VNA and common items other bits in the tray below

Plano cases... CHEAP, get them anywhere (Amazon, Home crapo, Lowes...), customizable and they come in many sizes depending on how many other connectors / tools... you want to put in with it. The nice thing is, I've re-configured mine a few times as my needs changed, just pull out the plastic separators and reconfigure.
Good Luck! -- Regards, Chris K2STP |
Or how about this? It's $1.25 @ Dollar General

http://www.mgte.com/tinysa/ The 3rd pic shows a larger box on the right that will hold the VNA-64 and all sorts of cables and connectors. I even put a drawer handle on it and stuck a label on the inside. (mod @ a later date) Mike C. Sand Mtn GA On 7/22/2023 3:12 AM, David J Taylor via groups.io wrote:

There are some great ideas here.
I have both the tinySA Ultra and the NanoVNA H4.. but add in a Hioki Analog 3030 VOM, and a owon hds2102s oscilloscope, the fluke and such, I'm still working an approach using a larger satchel with a collection of the half-hard/half-soft cases in colors. My biggest problem has always been getting the complete set of standard (furnished accessories) back in the right storage container. I use a fine and a medium tip white marker to put identification on cables and parts. VNA and SA has worked well, but those VNA calibration pieces are still looking for a place to run and hide each time I use them. I have a nice fish tackle box with drawers and lift-outs for my spare connectors (power, vhf/uhf/hf etc, gas soldering iron) . I am still using the original boxes for my various test units first listed, putting all of them in a larger box. (usually the next larger size from an Amazon delivery.) |
Well that url he posted isn’t valid.

I’ve been working on a remix for the TinySA Ultra and one in progress for the LiteVNA. I only extended a current design available for download to the SA Ultra so it will fit with the male to remain SMA adapters on it while in the case. The LiteVNA one is still a work in progress but almost finished. Scott On Sep 3, 2024, at 3:42 PM, Terry W7AMI via groups.io <terry.w7ami@...> wrote:

I don't have any solution, but have been thinking of getting a case for storing all the SMA calibration pieces. It's easy to end up with quite a few (e.g. the SDR-Kits cal kit, plus a cheaper DIY set, maybe a DIY 100 ohm or whatever verification standard too, a second 50-ohm load, etc., and the wooden case supplied by SDR-kits is too small (and doesn't close reliably well either).
My plan was to find a plastic case from Muji (they have lots of small PP plastic cases) and I believe those are easy to obtain in most countries, either online or in stores. For instance, they have PP pill cases, and pen cases, and then fashion a tray with holes in it, sandwiched with foam. The tray could be 3D printed, or (since I don't have a 3D printer) maybe just get a sheet of plastic and drill 6.5 mm holes in it for popping in the SMA pieces. I have not executed on my plan yet, and it still doesn't address storage of the nanoVNA itself, nor a few short cables. |
