Vitamin D supplementation in winter
If it's decided supplements should be taken, I found this helpful: https://www.amazon.com/Optimal-Dose-Restore-Health-Vitamin-ebook/dp/B07JJNKW4D On Mon, Nov 13, 2023 at 9:32 AM Mücahit <mucoti@...> wrote:

Sorry to interrupt your conversation but I'm curious about vit d supplements as well. I have a Sperti Vitamin D machine. Is that permissible on the Budwig diet to restore Vit D levels?

Absolutely supplement with vitamin D. I do all year 'round as I have always had a hard time finding time to sunbathe. Even if sunbathing, I would supplement vitamid D. I took 10k - 15k IU while actively on the protocol and still take 5k IU every morning. One should also supplement with k2 as it helps the body with the D. I also take zinc every day at the same time. I also take vitamin D. 10k IU a day until my blood level was up to 70 as per the bill Henderson book. 5k IU after to maintain levels. I live in upstate NY.

I agree with Rod. Certain vitamins may be helpful. Vitamin D is one of them. Buy a high-quality brand. K2 is a vitamin that helps move calcium into your bones as well as helping with D. Taking a few supplements that you believe you need can be helpful as long as they are well made.
