ACV

Does anyone know if apple cider vinegar is allowed on the Budwig?

Thanks,

Barb

Hi Barb,

Yes, AVC is used in some of Dr. Budwig’s recipes.

Kind regards,

Sandra

Off subject but I have a question. I’m on my second journey unfortunately. Would you remind me of the brand of Flax Seed oil? Is it Barleans? I look on line and I saw that they have Omega 3 one. Is it the one I needs to get ?
Thank you !

Yes, by all accounts Barleans is the best brand for FSO.

You want cold pressed organic flax oil, NO lignans. Brand is not important. I used Piping Rock and Puritan's Pride flax oil to heal my stage 4 nsclc. It costs a whole lot less, and seems to work just as well, as I am still here.

Hello,

Back in 1998 my dad had a subdural hematoma by his ear after surgery for a brain tumor. It was very large and actually distorted his ear. He had a G-tube and we use digestive enzymes to try and reduce the size of it. At the time, we were using Puritans pride and did not see any improvement. so I switched to twin labs digestive enzymes and within three days it totally disappeared. That is my experience with the Puritan‘s Pride brand.

Best,

Jenny

The thing I like about Barleans is that they give you not only the expiration date on every bottle, but also the manufacturing date.  Freshness is important with FSO, so I like that.  Do Piping Rock and Puritan's Pride also give you the manufacture date?

They make both, with or without lignans.

Barlean's sells both. Be sure to get the organic non-lignan.

www.vitacost.com is a good source. There are constant discounts and free shipping if you buy 2 bottles.
