Looking for a working closed loop LLC Converter

Hello,

I'm in search of a working closed loop model of a resonate LLC converter.

If possible, I would like to have the controller be TI UCC25600 or TO UCC25660. BUT I would take any working LLC model.

Thanks,
Gerald

Hello. You can try these examples doi.org/10.6084/m9.figshare.25602009.v3 that referenced from the preprint DOI: 10.36227/techrxiv.171742540.08399023/v1

Hi Denys,

thanks for sharing, this is a interesting paper that include the basic LLC design topics.
Is it possible to find out the example spice file, NCP1396A.asy and NCP1396A.lib?

Try this page: https://www.onsemi.com/products/power-management/ac-dc-power-conversion/offline-controllers/NCP1396#technical-documentation

It lists a SPICE model (called an ORCAD model, but will most likely work in LTspice) for the NCP1395, which may also contain the NCP1396, plus an application note, AND8255/D,  about simulating LLC in SPICE.

Hi Tony,

thank you! study in progress.

I have designed a good number of power supplies, but I would not attempt an LLC without a good theoretical background.  There are few specialists that crank out these designs and they usually know a great deal about the magnetics as well as the theory.
