immersion blender

 

Hello,

Can anyone recommend a battery-operated or rechargeable immersion blender to use for the cottage cheese and flax oil mixture? I use an electric one now, but I need one for when our power goes out.

Kitchen Aid makes a rechargeable immersion blender. It’s pricey, but it works great. It is strong enough to blend frozen strawberries and greens together.  It gives me the freedom to make my Budwig cream anywhere I go.

I wonder if those whisks that you push up and down would work?  I think it’s called an egg beater whisk.

Hi Barbara,

Once it’s charged it lasts over a week and I use it daily for the FOCC and other tasks. Super convenient, I love the fact that it’s cordless and you can take it anywhere. I’ve had it for a couple years now.
