Spice Model Required for EDA Simulation Tool

Dear all, Hope you all are doing great. I have designed a circuit using EDA tool. Now I am interested to simulate the circuit but i found there are following three components doesn't contain their corresponding Spice3 simulation model files;

1. MOSFET_IRF510
2. Schottky Diode_RB160L-90
3. Zener Diode_1N750

Kindly help me to find the Spice3 simulation model files for EDA. I shall be grateful to for this act of kindness.

You could help yourself by looking at what LTspice already provides in its standard libraries.

The IRF150 is already listed.

The 1N750 is already listed.

The RB160L-90 is not provided, but the RB160MM-90 is. They are the same devices, but in difference package sizes. Note: the RB160L-90 is also "not recommended for new design" by its manufacturer, Rohm.

Thank you, so much dear Sir, for your kind reply. I found all the Spice models in LTspice, but now i have designed the circuit in EDA and also interested to simulate in EasyEDA Tool. So the above mentioned 3 components didn't contains the simulation models in EasyEDA software (EasyEDA is a free and easy to use circuit design, circuit simulator and pcb design that runs in your web browser). So, I need the Spice3 model files for this software.

This group is not here to support EasyEDA. The clue is in the name. For help using EasyEDA, contact the respective support body.

BTH, many of LTspice models are SPICE3-compatible, but not the IRF150, or any of the other power MOSFETs distributed with LTspice. You can obtain a SPICE model for the IRF150 from the manufacturer.

You don't need to contact them, just download it, from here: https://www.infineon.com/dgdl/Infineon-Spice_File_IRF150-SimulationModels-v01_01-EN.spi?fileId=8ac78c8c84f2c0670184f4e66d770dd3
