The local time for the Spartan does not change whenever Daylight Saving Time goes away and Standard Time resumes.  The UTC time changes to 0100 to 0300.

 

This is a casual friendly QRP CW event.  No membership required.  Logs do not have to o be submitted.  Give it a try if you have not already.  Full details and Rules are on the web page.
