Hello everyone, I am a hardware repair engineer.  I have worked in Crestron for many years.  I can repair 3 series (AV3/PRO3/CP3/MC3, etc.) and 4 series host (PRO4/AV4/CP4, etc.) systems (including host failure to start, network failure to connect, program upload failure, program loss, etc.).  Touch screen (including freezing, stuck LOGO, repeated restart, etc.) TS and TSS series are changed to TSW series.  There are also Crestron peripheral modules, such as DIN series, key panel, etc.  Welcome to consult and repair.
 

Good to know. I've had a number of TSWs from the 2019/2020 era that have needed repair, particularly ethernet issues I think...
 

Can you tell us how to flip TSS panel to TS/TSW? TIA

What's the approximate cost, assuming there are no other issues with the panel?

For a point of reference, what's the approximate cost to replace a screen? That seems to be very common.

What are the typical turn-around times for common repairs?

Can you update the android version on the panels? What about the app version, like the sonos app on a x60 panel to support the s2 app?
 

The 70 series has no other issues. The model change fee for the panel is 200 dollars. A discount is available for more than 20 units. (If you are interested in cooperating, the price can be negotiated.) I am in China and responsible for the customs duties of the incoming goods and the shipping costs of the outgoing goods. If there are partners willing to cooperate, please cover the local customs duties and shipping costs. Thank you.

I am unable to change the Android version. Once it is changed, the functionality remains the same as TSW.
