TSW-770 now in portrait mode?

i loaded a construct project for a 1080 into my 770, the TP switched to portrait mode
i reloaded my original project - still portrait
haven't found a way to set it back??
reloading firmware did NOT fix it
 
in SIMPL the IPDID was a 1080 with landscape mode set on reserved4, no option on 770
 
did reset 11 times, factory reset button is off the screen, cannot press
 

Try the console command 'LCDORIENTATION'
 

Did you have a 1080 defined in your SIMPL program? This has a device extender to set it to portrait/landscape. Most likely that messed up the 770

says updating to landscape, reboot, still portrait
 
however, setting it to portrait set it back to landscape...
 
well, the ch5 project was fine, however, now it thinks it is a TSW-770P and my vtpro pj shows in a portrait window in landscape mode...
 
finally got toolbox to connect, back to landscape, TSW-770 again, project back in portrait screen
 

 Try initialize, followed by restore.

it appears to load the project into portrait mode
as the panel boots, i see the crestron logo large, then smaller, then it flips to portrait with the crestron logo with the dots below
so even the internal project is now portrait
 
1080 extender says 1 for landscape, 2 for portrait
attached to 1080 IPID, sent a 2 on extender, now TP is back to normal
