Any way to stop DM Tool from timing out

As per title,

I'm trying to work on a remote site through TeamViewer. Each time I step away and come back, the Tool has disconnected.

CPU2 or CPU3 card?

If a CPU3 card you may be up against the idle timeout auto logout that all 3- and 4- series processors have by default. There is a command that you can used to adjust the time or disable it if consistent with your clients security policy. (I'm on my way to Auckland at the moment so can't check what the actual command)

If a CPU2 card or ruled that out ton a CPU3 here likely a network disruption between the PC and the DM frame so chase that down. Wi-Fi is particularly problem prone, but if you have to transverse VLANs some routers have a maximum socket connection duration.

SETL 0

That's the command Lincoln was referring to. Sets the auto-log-off time of a processor, in minutes. Zero turns the function off.
