Vayeishev (37:13)

Yaakov Avinu sent Yosef to find his brothers in Shchem. Yosef tracked the shevatim down in Dosan, where he was sold as slave and ended up in prison in Egypt.

The commentors ask: we have a rule "shliach mitzvah einon nitzakin,"  those on a mission to a mitzvah do not suffer damage or pain, how could Yosef see tragedy befall him while doing a Yaakov's command?
