April in Paris - and ISO accommodations in Nation neighborhood & info on flea markets

 

I will be in Paris for nine (9) days in April staying at a friend's apartment in the NATION neighborhood. Another friend from New York will be staying with me while I am there.
 
Now, another friend, also from NY, wants to join us; however, the apartment is not really big enough for the three of us.  
 
Does anyone have any recommendations for a hotel, Air B&B, etc., in the NATION neighborhood?
 
Also, can anyone tell me about the flea markets in and around Paris?
