Join Mayor Bowser and FITDC for the Fresh Start 5K!
Kick off the New Year by participating in the 11th Annual FITDC Fresh Start 5K! This New Year’s Day tradition will take place on Wednesday, January 1, 2025 at 11:00 AM at Anacostia Park. We are inviting people of all ages to this fun, free, fitness celebration that marks the beginning of the FITDC calendar. Whether you want to run, walk, or just cheer folks on, there's no better way to ring in the New Year than to join us for this DC tradition!
Events include the Kids Dash at 10:15 am and the 5K starting at 11:00 AM.
