Error loading JAVA 11

I am using a windows 10 operating system on a 64bit computer and trying to load Java 11
this is the error I get;
(400 Bad Request
Request Header Or Cookie Too Large)
I can’t seem to find any help on oracle so does anyone have any ideas?
when I try to instal, it just keeps going back to Java 8?
thanks all

I think many of us gave up with Oracle JAVA - they seem to just make things way too complicated

Take a look at jmri.org/java for alternatives

Personally, I use AZUL JAVA (and never have any issues) - BUT please make sure you remove Oracle JAVA with their removal tool before doing anything else

Also, use the Azul .msi install, not the .zip.

I'd like to echo Dave's comment and emphasize his thought. As someone who made the mistake of trying to use the ZIP file, it just leads to a lot of headaches removing the mess and cleaning up.
