I too, have read that Dr. Budwig’s reason for sunbathing is that the high level of electron-rich oils in her diet, attract the photons from light/sunlight.
The boost to Vitamin D levels are an added bonus.
I can’t answer your question regarding Sandra’s views on this, but as she is out of action at the moment, I will give you my take on her words.
She doesn’t state that Vitamin D is the reason that sunbathing is so important but as research shows that a Vitamin D deficiency is very common in cancer patients and in other diseases, maybe this is why she includes the mention of Vitamin D in her daily plan.
