The retreat is a wonderful opportunity for a well-deserved break from everyday stresses and provides a great way to rejuvenate your mind, body, and soul. Everyone is welcome to join and previous yoga experience is not required. The Winter Retreat offers a peaceful place in the heart of Pennsylvania’s nature, where you can fully disconnect from routines and reconnect with your inner self, make new friendships and treat your body and mind with daily movement, laughter and relaxation.
About the host:
I am Elina Rangelova - E-YRT200 Registered Yoga Teacher, ACE Certified Personal Trainer and a Certified Behavioral Change Specialist. I have been working in the field of health, sport and wellness since 2016 and I love helping people feel better in their bodies. I have a holistic approach to wellness and I love adding functional movements and strength components in my group and private yoga classes. Here's what you can expect during the Winter Wellness Retreat: 1. Serene Surroundings: The River Mountain Retreat Centre is located amidst breathtaking natural landscape, surrounded by the beautiful Pennsylvania’s mountains and away from the noise and pollution of the city. You can fully immerse yourself in nature's beauty and experience a deep sense of tranquility. 2. Expert Guidance: You will be guided through various wellness activities and workshops, including morning yoga sessions , powerful guided meditation, calming mindfulness session, nature hikes, campfire experience and journaling. My aim as your wellness group guide is to help you achieve a state of balance and inner peace. 3. Nourishing Cuisine: Indulge in healthy and delicious meals prepared by the talented chefs at River Mountain Retreat Center. They are using fresh and organic ingredients and the meals are designed to nourish your body and provide you with the energy needed for the retreat activities. Coffee, Tea and yes…Wine, will be available on site as well. 4. Hot Soaking Tubs- Enjoy the gorgeous winter nature while relaxing in the cedar hot tub. 5. Connection and Community: The Winter Wellness retreat provides an opportunity to connect with like-minded individuals who are also seeking wellness and self-improvement.
