Worked for me too.

https://www.crestron.com/Software-Firmware/Software/VisionTools-153;-Pro-e/Crestron-Smart-Graphics-trade;-Controls/2-17-01-01 in case anyone else runs into this.  Just download and run installer, it apparently replaces whatever got lost.
