Xpanel Problem

I am getting an error when opening up a browser " Could not be
initialized from the display list". Does anyone know what could cause
this problem?

Hi Eddie,
 
Wanted to check if you were able to solve this problem.. I have a crestron install in my home woth an Xpanel program that
runs on 2 of my laptops and comes out with this exact error on others. Thinking it might be  simple setting in Windows .
