I am a new member here.Would be grateful if someone can direct me to the Varistor simulation files.

Hello

The best place to search for any file is this file "all_files.htm".
Open this file with your browser and search for varistor.

Search in Files>Lib>Varistor>EPCOS varistors
and my file SIOV.lib in
Search Files>Lib>Varistor>EPCOS varistors>Modified SIOV.lib
Using my file you will avoid difficulties.

I downloaded the new models of different varistors and symbols for them. Models adapted to LTspice.

I upgraded models of text so as not to repeat the same name in different files. The results can be used together elements from different libraries

Can you please send these varistor LTspice models and of you have GDTs model please send that too

Which varistor models?  There are many.
 
Did you try looking in the places already referenced in previous replies in this thread?
    Files>Lib>Varistor>EPCOS varistors
    Files>Lib>Varistor>EPCOS varistors>Modified SIOV.lib
 
Did you try looking at the varistor manufacturer's own website?  Many times they have the SPICE models where you can download them from their website.
 
Who/what is GDT?  If it is GDT.com, they do not appear to make varistors.  Do they?

    Files > z_yahoo > Lib > Varistor
 
Look in its subdirectories.
