Once subscribed the home page URL is

http:/groups.yahoo.com/groups/FlaxSeedOil2

You can click on this, go to the home page, click on edit my membership and
change the message recieving methods or anything you want.

Hi Cliff,

Thanks for your help. Not sure why I couldn't find flaxseedoil2 when
I did the YahooGroups search, but think all is set now. Won't actually
know for a while (maybe tomorrow) whenever I receive the first message
in digest form.
