I also found that the VTpro play button will work for making XPanels if you start with 2.15.006. I thought the feature was broken for years, but there is an online help about it.

Just to add my experience...
I just migrating to a new PC and had this issue as well. standard CT_Neo, missing for Crestron App.
I uninstalled v2.19, installed v2.15 then v2.17 directly from their exe's, and then used MI to update to v2.19 (along with updating the CreDB and D3 to the latest).
This fixed the issue for me...
 
I wonder if v2.19 (and maybe v2.17) have missing CT_Neo files???

I used VISCA commands to TCP port 5500 for the IV-CAM-I20s we just installed.  Most of the commands are the same as any other PTZ dating back to Sony EVIs and probably before.  Never did find the Crestron module.

I was testing a system today with four Crestron 1 Beyond IV-CAM-I12-B cameras, and CP4n using the 1Beyond AutoTracker_IV-CAMA3 module.  It appears to control the cameras but I did notice an error log entry in the processor about an exception at Line 522 in the SIMPL+ module.  Sorry I didn't have time to research it further. . .

I have about 10 or so xx52 and xx60 series panels in my house that use the advanced weather widget. Same zip code is fed to all in my program with a MSP of course. All panels have valid DNS. On any given day one or more of the panels has the wrong weather info shown. My panels have a screensaver page that is always on and it shows the widget. When I see one wrong I just reboot it and it will pickup the correct weather. Theres no rhyme or reason to it. 
 
It seems any Crestron smart object widget that has to reach out to another provider just isnt reliable. TV presets V2 is another great example.

Having issues trying to control this amp consistently over RS232. Using an iPad, Mute works almost every time, Raise works 80 %, and Lower never works.
But if using Debugger, it does, but still not 100%. It's a takeover job.

Existing setup? I had to update the Roku device driver. That restored control on my demo system.

So on new project. Roku on 14.1 is enabled. But only works upon reboot of CP4 for at most 2 commands. Confirmed that IP address is correct, and Enable is chosen. Roku on 14.0 works fine. Going back to IR for control. But we still have no issues via navigating the icons on the TSR-310. WTF!!!
