Crestron panel’s voice-to-text still uses the cloud for processing. There are very few solutions that don’t these days, I think.

100% agree on Josh.ai instead of everything else. They have great support, and you can integrate many other non-Crestron things natively.

Have you tried re-flashing the FW? just something to try... If you're not updating, just reloading the same version, make sure to add the 'All' suffix... EX: puf tsx_1.501.0013.004.puf all Worth a try
