I have autoimmune thyroid disease i.e. Hashimoto and wondering anyone in the group suffered from this, and how they overcome from this. Slowly and slowly antibodies destroy thyroid gland. Any help will be much appreciated. Thank you

Pretty sure iodine helps with the thyroid as per the Gerson Therapy!
Maybe have some lugols solution daily!

I've checked for testimonials in the files section, and through previous messages. We don't have any testimonials for Hashimotos disease.
However, others with Hashimotos and other autoimmune conditions,  reported feeling much better on the Budwig Protocol.
It's such a healthy diet, give it a go and report back?
