Haha - got it sorted! What i had to do is issue a "appupdate sonos" command at the CLI. This in fact did a downgrade of the Sonos app back to 10.6.2. Hi, i´ve got a TSW-760 panel running in my kitchen and wanted to replace that with a 1060. I did the configuration, everything works fine, but the Sonos app doesn´t start telling me that Sonos is no longer supported. I downgraded the firmware to the same version that is running on the old 760 (3.001.0026), but without luck. My Sonos system is running on S1 which worked fine one three TSW-760 i´ve installed throughout the house. Any ideas? Disclaimer: I know, Sonos sucks. It´s just that I have 9 Sonos zones running and basically it works fine, so no priority on replacing it. EDIT: Just noticed the old 760 is running Sonos version 10.6.2. The 1060 is running 10.6.99. That might be the issue. How can i downgrade the Sonos app? EDIT2: Just found an older discussion on this topic. It seems as if the issue is, that there was CH running before on the panel and that updated the Sonos app to 10.6.99. Any idea how i can downgrade that? Factory reset didn´t help... Thanks, Thorsten

Has anyone been able to create a successful link from a Biamp X400 to the Crestron NAX Amplifier. I have setup the Biamp to be in AES67 mode. I can route any NVX-E20 or E30 to the Biamp with no issues. I just cannot get the mix output of the Biamp to go into the amp. I never see the Crestron Amp on the Dante controller, but I was able to search using the NAX amp and see the Biamp AES67 stream, but it will not join. Just keeps showing connecting..... It seems like there is some incompatibility setting that I am missing either on Biamp or the Crestron unit... When I try to switch the NAX amp over to Dante mode, it loses the Commissioning page and so there is no way to setup the multicast address.

Can anyone confirm for me that the TSW1070 does not have a built in camera like the TSW1060 has? I have a need to record the video stream from my kitchen touchpanel and I recently upgraded it from a 1060 to a 1070. If it doesnt Ill need to put the old one back!! I know its got a mic as Im using it for my intercom but went to add the camera feature today and it appears it doenst have one!! Thanks guys.

I know this one has been talked to death at times, but I have a few questions. I know I can customize the room controls page; that's no problem. I've also been able to create an action button and use a cisco macro to execute something. I'm 99% certain there is no way to add a custom popup to the cisco panel, right? I have a customer that wanted a shutdown button (not on the room controls page), and I have created an action button that calls the "system standby" command. It works, but they're asking if I can create a "confirm" page. Just thought I'd ask the group, as I have limited experience with this customization. Thank you! Mike

I know these are not the most respected pieces of hardware. I picked one up from surplus and finally got around to playing with it. I can access it through toolbox but I don't have the username and password. It has the 2.0 firmware. The default admin/admin does not work. A hard reset only resets the DHCP. I have been checking around and there doesn't seem to be a way to do a hard reset. The other NVX units have at least a process albeit long one to do a hard reset (11 times pressing reset). Someone on Reddit says there is a way to through a USB drive. I don't have access to that program. Any thoughts? I know there will be a lot of folks that say it is not worth the trouble.

After doing some troubleshooting on a system consisting of a CP4N, DM-MD16x16, DM-DGE-200-C, and a TSD-2220, I've encountered a strange issue that I can't recall ever seeing before. The issue is that the fb joins on the DGE or the XPanel are passing through to the press side, for example: if the Projector_Power_On_fb (running into fb117) is high, it is driving press117 high. The same thing is happening on the analog joins (an_fb is passing through to the corresponding an_act). I've been able to reproduce this in Debugger, and any fb join that goes high causes the corresponding press join to go high for as long as the fb join remains high. Has anyone seen something like this before? The TSD, DGE, and the CP4N have been swapped out, firmware has been updated on all devices, and the program has been reloaded with the current device database. I've also loaded the program to my bench RMC4 and I'm not seeing the same odd behavior. As far as I know, this shouldn't be possible, but maybe I'm missing something, or there is a way to force this behavior in Simpl or VTPro, but that seems unlikely. I didn't build the program, but I have it and I don't see anything out of the ordinary that could cause this issue. Any help is appreciated.

I was just making a change to a TSW that I've been working on over the past couple of months. I've never paid any attention to the project properties apart from to change the theme. Always seen the XPanel properties and never given it any thought, it's a TSW in'nt - why would I? So for giggles, and I was just looking for something to take mind off my current project, decided to set it up to match my program. Well blow me, no more having to enter the annoying connection settings in the XPanel, when clicking on a vtz. How has that passed me by for goodness knows how long :)

Hi All, Does anyone know what the secret handshake is to enable HDR within an EDID for DM chassis'??? Our setup is a Sony 715ES and a Trinnov Altitude16. Everything we do will either get Atmos and no HDR, or HDR and no Atmos... I know that they don't have anything to do with each other, BTW... I have an EDID that I've Pulled from the projector. This provides 4K/HDR but no hi-res audio I have an EDID that I've pulled from the Trinnov. This provides Hi-res audio, but no 4K (It's set up as audio only on its own DM output) Using the EDID Tool in ToolBox, I start with The Trinnov file, save as a new file, then Update the video resolutions to match what the projector file has. The only difference is the projector file has 'Custom' VESA Block Preferred and Second Detailed Timing descriptors, which are not found in the modify lists. These are 1920 and 1280 resolutions so I'm assuming that it doesn't really matter.... Everything else is the same. The bottom line is that when the new EDID file with duplicated resolutions is loaded, I still don't get HDR!!! $ 40K of equipment that is not performing correctly... i had to rebuild a prodigy system from scratch the composer locks 3 buttons on the keypads, top is on/off, bottom 2 are vol +/- problem is that the vol+ button doesn't have any code in the OLD days when you finished with the composer it dropped you back into SB it still does, but SB is blank and opening the project always drops you into the composer i loaded SB onto my 10 yr old laptop (pre lutron suit libraries) and it works properly, but not a good long term solution anyone know how to force the project to open in SB instead of composer? yes, i know VM's are another solution mark

Hello, I really dislike the Jandy iAqualink and its Toggle only commands. I have a client who wants a night time scene that turns on his pool and spa lights (and some TVs on and other house lights). Then we have a timer to turn off these things at like 2am. Its all good except the damn Jandy lights dont always turn on or off. As best I cant tell there is no good way to make sure the light is on or off as the feedback can take some time to come in and its hard to count on that. Also, if you want to adjust color of a Aux that has to be the last aux you modified before sending color 3 or whatever will work. Anyone have a recommended sequence you have done that works for light control that isn't flaky or crossing fingers as it seems to be? Thank you, Jon
